Teresa - Just Believe Card Set

Hi there!

Hope you're enjoying the first week of our Christmas Countdown. I have a set of cards to share with you today using KaiserCraft's Just Believe range of papers. I wanted to bring you some ideas that can easily be mass-produced. I have used Spellbinder dies for the shapes and borders, but you could use punches or whatever other dies you can get your hands on.

This card shows the nested bauble dies being used to make a frame. The frame is then filled with circles that have been folded in half and glued together to make a 3-D embellishment. This embellishment folds flat for posting. The ribbon at the top is seam binding, and the button has been coloured with Copic markers to match the papers.

The centre of the bauble frame in the card above can be used on other cards. Here are two baubles hanging from a decorative border from really thin silver string:

Here I've used triangles as stylised Christmas trees. A bit of foam mounting tape to create different layers makes the card a little more interesting. The words came from the back of the KaiserCraft pad (love this little addition to the KaiserCraft pads!), but you could easily make your own with a stamp and a decorative die cut shape.

We'd love for you to join in the fun - why not participate in our weekly challenges? Great prizes to be won - you can read all the details here.
